I'm from a different reality, physically I'm kinda stuck here unless i reality shift but i can still talk to the people from my actual reality/source, that's the best way i can describe it

mugman is genderfluid, when they feel more feminine they'll wear a bow around their handle [like in the first image] to signify that they want to be called mugs instead of mugman and have she/her pronouns used on them. they're always fine with they/them pronouns, uses he/him when not wearing the bow and uses she/her when wearing the bow :]
